On the 19 – 22 April in Istanbul, Turkey , the European Music Council is organizing the second edition of the European Forum on Music, entitled “Transcending Boundaries – Building Bridges”. As part of the programme, Culture Action Europe‘s Secretary General Luca Bergamo will lead a practical advocacy workshop around the campaign and its demands!
